POTTOKA (Sébastien Gravé)

Sébastien Gravé opened Pottoka (pony in Basque language) a few meters away, at the very beginning of the exhibition street, Basque cuisine restaurant. He proposes a spontaneous cooking, audacious, greedy.

A counter, tables, gray Paris, green meadow, blond wood, some brown southern land notes, white bricks. A fair balance between the softness of muted tones and the freshness of green. Obvious shapes, square, just perfect for a conversation for two, a bar and some high tables. Eloquent words on the walls, concessions to the curve of the human gesture.

Beautiful dishes, regional and gourmet, rustic trend, but lightened overall and prepared with taste.

Side desserts, besides an unavoidable Basque cake, we can conclude with a brioche lost and its vanilla ice cream or choco ganache, caramel with spices and almond ice cream.

Efficient plates, original and refined for some. Sensitive cuisine
The tapas, actually rather nice entries, generous, to share at the beginning of the meal.

Conclusion: An essential table in the neighborhood. 🙂
